If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the
entire agreement between you and Verbesa regarding Platform use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab
Emirates (U.A.E.). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless
mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
